Yousef Hindy
Software Engineer @ Applied Intuition

Yousef is a software engineer at Applied Intuition on the maps team where he is building tools for managing and editing HD map data that goes on real autonomous vehicles. He graduated from Stanford as a Mayfield Fellow with a B.S. in Engineering Physics and an M.S. in Computer Science, with specializations in quantum information and artificial intelligence, respectively. In school, he conducted research in quantum error mitigation and routing AVs in large scale networks. He also completed internships in NVIDIA’s AI Infrastructure and Tesla’s Autopilot teams.

Ashwin Raghavachari
Software Engineer @ Applied Intuition

Ashwin leads the API team at Applied, focusing on managing how customer software interfaces with the Applied ADP, as well as empowering customer developers to use our tooling to build out custom functionality. He studied electrical and computer engineering at Carnegie Mellon University, where he graduated with a B.S. and M.Sc. While at CMU, he worked at Vicarious Visions, an Activision-Blizzard studio, as well as Google as a part of the Dataproc Hadoop team.

Edward Gan
Sr. Software Engineer @ Databricks

Edward Gan is a software engineer on the ML Team at Databricks, where he has worked on tools for experiment management and data quality. Prior to Databricks he completed a CS Ph.D. at Stanford (Class of 2020) under Prof. Peter Bailis where he studied data summarization and has also worked in Facebook's data infrastructure team

Leo Mehr
Head of Engineering @ Lumos App, Inc.

Leo is the co-founder and head of engineering at Lumos. He completed his M.S. in Computer Science at Stanford and previously built distributed systems at a top high-frequency trading firm and at Google, and enterprise business intelligence tools at Sisu. He was the head TA for Stanford's ML and Database courses (229 and 145).
